Arup, Founder, President and CEO of BlastAsia, Inc. has nurtured a four member organization to one of the largest .Net providers in its segment in the Philippines where he remains hands-on in every aspect of the organization.

Holding an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (1997) and a firm believer in diversity, Arup started his career in civil construction and consulting as project manager. He also joined the Business Consulting for Real Estate as Director for Business Development where he headed the Business Planning Group of Landco Pacific Corporation, Inc. He also founded LandExcel Consulting, Inc., a business consulting company focusing on real estate and retail.

He is a member of the Project Management institute (PMI) apart from being a Certified Project Management Professional (188635) and a Certified Scrum Master and member of the Scrum Alliance.

From 2002, he is also an adjunct faculty of Project Management and IT Strategy at AIM. From 2006 to 2008, Arup is an active member of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) where he served as a Director.

Jun G., leads BlastAsia’s team members in the implementation of various methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and PMI. He is a ten year Project Management veteran and has diverse experience on banking, health care industry, education, and retail and distribution.

From 1999 to 2002, Jun was part of on a USAID funded software development project which was instrumental for bringing Micro-Access to Banking Services methodology to the Philippines. Prior to joining BlastAsia, he held the position of a General Manager and member of the board of ASECSOFT.
