How do I sign up for Xamun?

You may sign up for Xamun by filling up the registration form you will see when you click Sign up or Register for Free Trial. Once you have submitted your information, we will review your application and if verified, we will contact you and send you your login credentials. It is important that you enter your valid information so we can contact you accordingly.

How long should I wait for my application to be approved?

After your registration, our team will verify your information and contact you if necessary within 1-2 business days. You should get an email confirmation within that period.

Why is there a 30-day free trial?

Are there any limitations in the free trial?

No. You are free to use the system in its full functionality as included on the current release. We want you to have complete experience with what we can offer.

Is there minimum number of users required?

Yes there is. A company has to purchase a minimum of 5 user licenses for $12 each per month. Each of which can be of different user roles and modules. But this minimum number will allow you to fully make use of the entire capability of the solution.

How many licenses can a user have?

We understand that one user can have more than one role in the organization. With Xamun, you can assign up to 4 licenses of different roles. But it is strictly one user per license.

What are my payment options?

We accept online payment using credit cards with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For bulk payments, we can arrange for direct bank transfer payment. Please contact us for more information.

How do I upgrade from trial version to paid version?

We will notify you once your 30-day trial is over. You can continue using Xamun by purchasing the licenses on the Xamun Subscription Wizard in your account.

When will I get billed?

You will be notified in your Xamun application and email a few days before your monthly billing. Expect the notification at least 3 days before the end of your 30-day subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Without any cancellation fees, you may easily stop your subscription with Xamun at any time. Just contact us and send a request at team@xamun.com.

What will happen to my data after I cancel my account?

We will keep a hold of your data for up to 15 days in case you change your mind and would like to subscribe again. You data will be deleted after that period to protect the privacy of your information.

How do I log into Xamun?

You can access the login to your account through our website. We recommend that you bookmark the Xamun login page for you to easily access it the next time. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact us at team@xamun.com.

Can I personalize the URL for our company’s account?

Unfortunately no, the Xamun application link is common to all its users.

How difficult is it to start the service?

It only takes a few minutes to get started with Xamun. All you need is to use the login credentials and link we sent you and you are good to go.

Do I really have to complete the setup wizard?

We recommend you to at least fill up all the required fields as this will be the settings and content of the system. If you can’t fill up the entire list, you can always go back to the wizard any time.

Where is the server hosted?

Your data and the Xamun application runs on machines in Internet-accessible data centers called Windows Azure. This cloud computing is powered by Microsoft and they are initially providing Windows Azure data centers in the United States, Europe, and Asia, with more to follow.

How is my data secured?

Your data is 99.9% safe with our back-end data security and Windows Azure Cloud security features. Aside from the security tools, your data has continuous backups and has well-designed restoration processes.
