What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your monthly subscription through PayPal. PayPal is PCI compliant and ensures secured online payment processing. For accounts with more than 100 purchased licenses, you may contact us for direct bank transfer payment.
How many licenses can I purchase on the Corporate Edition?
You can get as many licenses as you need for your company. All licenses you get for your account will have the same trial period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Without any cancellation fees, you are free to unsubscribe to any Xamun services anytime.

When will I get billed?
Before your 30-day trial expires, we will notify you in your Xamun account how to continue your subscription. All users assigned with a license from your account during the trial period will expire on the same date. You may choose to purchase the license/s or choose to discontinue your subscription. If you choose to discontinue, your account and all your data will be deleted from the system after 30 days of discontinuation.
Can I change from Corporate Edition to Freelance Edition and vice versa?
Unfortunately no, the two editions completely differ in features and target different users. You can choose one that really fits your needs.
