As part of the Service, BlastAsia will provide the Customer with use of the Service, including a browser interface, secured layer transmission of data, access, and database storage. The Customer's subscription for, or use of , the Service shall be deemed to be Customer's agreement to abide by this Agreement including materials available on the Knowledge Enterprise Management.com website incorporated by the reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy and Security Statement.

| Internet Cable, DSL and other high speed internet connection is required for the proper transmission of the Service. Customer is responsible for procuring and maintaining the network connections that connects to the service of BlastAsia, Inc.

| The maximum disk storage space provided to the Customer at no additional charge is a cumulative of 1GB per Tenant's Subscription. If the amount of disk storage required exceeds this limit, the Customer shall have an option to increase its storage capacity with corresponding fee located in the Tenant's dashboard. BlastAsia, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by BlastAsia, Inc. to so notify the Customer shall not affect the Customer's responsibility for such additional storage charges. BlastAsia, Inc. reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits concerning storage of Customer Data. |
| BlastAsia, Inc. grants the Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable worldwide right to use the Service, solely for the Customer's own internal business purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Customer grants to BlastAsia, Inc. the nonexclusive, worldwide, right to use, copy, store, transmit and display the Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service as requested by the Customer. The Customer shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise make available to any third party the Service or the Content; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the BlastAsia, Inc. Technology or the Content; (iii) commercially exploit the Service or the Content in any way; or (iv) create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content contained in, or accessible from, the Service on any other server, wireless or Internet-based device. Furthermore, the Customer is not eligible for the Service if it is, or is affiliated with any other Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") provider, distributer, or software developer. BlastAsia, Inc. shall not use the Customer Data for any purpose other than to provide the Service to the Customer. All rights not expressly granted to the Customer are reserved by BlastAsia, Inc. and its licensors. |
| The Customer is permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print, and display the Content only for your internal business use. Unauthorized use, resale or commercial exploitation of the Service and/or the Content in any way is expressly prohibited. The Customer agrees not to reverse engineer the Service, or access the Service in order to (i) build a competitive product or service; (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service; or (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service. The Customer shall not copy, license, sell, transfer, make available, distribute, or assign this license or the Content to any third-party. The Customer shall not create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content contained on, or accessible from, the Service on any other server or Internet-based device. The Customer is advised to consult with its broker or other financial representative to verify pricing information prior to the execution of any security trade based upon the Content. User licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one individual User but may be reassigned from time to time to new Users who are replacing former Users who have terminated employment with the Customer or otherwise changed job status or function and no longer require access to the Service. |

BlastAsia, Inc. shall not use the Customer Data for any purpose other than to provide the Service to the Customer.

| The Customer is responsible for any and all activities that occur under the Customer's user accounts and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with use of the Service. The Customer shall: (i) notify BlastAsia, Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or account or any other known or suspected breach of security; (ii) report to BlastAsia, Inc. immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any copying or distribution of Content that is known or suspected by the Customer or its Users; (iii) assure that use of the Service shall at all times comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and conventions, including without limitation those related to data privacy, international communications, and the exportation of technical or personal data; and (iv) not impersonate another BlastAsia, Inc. user or provide false identity information to gain access to or use the Service.

| Each party represents and warrants that it has the legal power and authority to enter into this Agreement. BlastAsia, Inc. represents and warrants that it will provide the Service in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof and that the Service will perform substantially in accordance with the online BlastSuites Xamun help documentation under normal use and circumstances. The Customer represents and warrants that it has not falsely identified itself nor provided any false information to gain access to the Service and that the Customer's billing information is correct. |
| BlastAsia, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time and shall notify the Customer by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Service. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute the Customer's consent to such changes.
