A task board is a chart that presents tasks in columns for organizing a project team's work. The term originated from agile software development, where it is widely used. Some agile teams include their backlog as a column on the task board, while others limit it to work to be performed during the current iteration or sprint. The task board is usually a physical thing, consisting of note cards or sticky notes stuck to a wall or a corkboard. However, with distributed teams, using a physical task board is impossible and most teams with this setup resort to online task board applications.
Xamun Project is an online project management system that features a task board. Xamun Project’s task board has four default lanes where you could move task cards according to their status: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, and Done. The task board allows you to add lanes and rename lanes as you wish. It also lets users filter the board according to team member, milestone, or category

Human Resource Management (HR Management, HRM, or simply HR) is the management of an organization's workforce, or human resources. My Team allows you to access all of your associates’ skills, project deployment and resume. There are three views for My Team: General, CRM, and HR. These views are based on your app access rights and feature different filters for the team. For example, the CRM view lets you see which employees are deployed and which ones are on the bench.
